It depends on the service you choose. For Thai massage, wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing you can move freely in—think yoga pants and a t-shirt. We work on a padded mat on the floor and use assisted stretching, so flexibility in your clothing is important. For oil-based massages (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aroma), you will undress to your comfort level in the private treatment room. You will be professionally draped with sheets throughout the session, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.
Here is a quick guide:
Thai Massage – Best for improving flexibility, relieving full-body tension, and experiencing traditional healing work. Great if you prefer to stay clothed.
Deep Tissue – Ideal for chronic pain, muscle knots, and athletic recovery. Uses firm, targeted pressure.
Swedish – Perfect for general relaxation and stress relief with flowing, gentle strokes.
Meesa Aroma – A blend of aromatherapy with massage for total mind-body relaxation.
Thai Herbal – Combines Thai massage with a heated herbal compress for deep therapeutic warmth.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete a brief health intake form. Your practitioner will review your form, discuss your goals, any areas of concern, and your preferred pressure level. After your session, we will share recommendations for stretches and self-care to extend the benefits. The entire experience is designed to be welcoming and pressure-free—we want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
Absolutely. Communication is encouraged throughout your session. Your practitioner will check in with you, but please speak up at any time if you would like the pressure adjusted. Therapeutic work should feel effective without being painful. We can always adapt our techniques to your comfort level—there is no need to "tough it out." Your comfort and safety come first.

In many cases, yes—but it is important to let us know. Certain conditions may require a doctor's clearance or modifications to your treatment. Please mention any health conditions on your intake form or when booking so we can ensure a safe and effective session.
It depends on your goals:
Stress management & general wellness: Once a month is a great baseline.
Chronic pain or injury recovery: Every 1–2 weeks initially, then gradually spacing out as symptoms improve.
Athletic performance: Weekly or bi-weekly during training seasons.
Maintenance: Every 3–4 weeks to maintain the benefits of regular bodywork.
Your practitioner will recommend a frequency based on your individual needs after your first session.

Yes, we do. With two treatment rooms and two skilled practitioners, we can accommodate couples sessions. Couples massage must be booked by phone so we can coordinate both practitioners and rooms for the same time slot. Call us at (628) 292-5999 to arrange your couples session. Each person can choose a different service if they prefer.
Cupping therapy uses silicone or glass cups to create suction on the skin, lifting the tissue to increase blood flow, release fascial tension, and promote healing. Most clients describe the sensation as a deep, pleasant pulling—not painful. You may experience temporary circular marks on the skin that typically fade within 3–10 days. Cupping can be added to most massage sessions or booked as a standalone treatment. It is especially effective for back and shoulder tension.
Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. If you feel your practitioner has provided an exceptional experience, a tip is a kind way to show your appreciation. A typical gratuity in the massage industry is 15–20% of the service cost. You can tip in cash or add it to your card payment.

Thai massage is quite different from a typical Western massage. Often called "lazy yoga," Thai massage is performed on a padded mat on the floor (not a massage table). You remain fully clothed while the practitioner uses their hands, elbows, knees, and feet to guide you through assisted stretches and apply rhythmic pressure along your body's energy lines (Sen). There is no oil used. The result is improved flexibility, reduced tension, and a deep sense of relaxation. It is an active, energizing experience compared to the passive relaxation of a Swedish massage.
